Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. The QA Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and testing all digital content across platforms such as the website, social media, and other digital assets to ensure high-quality standards, functionality, and consistency. This position requires a strong eye for detail and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and test digital content before it is published, including website updates, social media posts, and other digital communications.
- Ensure all content meets SFA’s standards for accuracy, accessibility, and visual consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with the web development, marketing, and content teams to resolve issues and improve content quality.
- Perform functional, usability, and performance testing for digital platforms.
- Conduct regular audits of the website and other digital assets to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Document defects and provide detailed reports to assist in troubleshooting and improving digital content.
- Ensure that content adheres to SFA’s branding guidelines and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance for digital content, including websites and social media.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and digital testing tools.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in content management systems and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to document findings clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
- English language proficiency at a professional level.
