Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies aligned with Striving for All’s mission, programs, and organizational goals.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns to promote projects, events, partnerships, and recruitment activities.
Identify target audiences and recommend effective communication channels.
Ensure consistent use of Striving for All’s brand identity across all communication materials and platforms.
Support the development of brochures, flyers, newsletters, presentations, reports, and other promotional materials.
Manage and grow the organization’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media and digital platforms.
Track social media performance and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and audience growth.
Support website content updates, including articles, news updates, project stories, and announcements.
Draft captions, press releases, success stories, articles, newsletters, and other communication materials.
Coordinate the collection of photos, videos, testimonials, and field stories from programs and events.
Support the promotion of organizational events, campaigns, workshops, and community activities.
Track the performance of marketing activities and prepare regular reports.
Maintain records of marketing materials, media coverage, digital content, and campaign results.
Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in Digital Marketing field.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, communications, public relations, digital marketing, or digital media management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to create clear and engaging content for different audiences.
Good knowledge of branding, campaign planning, and audience engagement.
Experience working with design teams or using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French or other local languages is an added advantage.
