We are seeking a full-time HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions at our
Cameroon office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent development, employee
well-being, and aligning HR practices with SFA’s mission. You will play a key role in building a
positive organizational culture and supporting staff to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures according to best practices.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee tracking.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and legal compliance.
Ensure staff training and professional development.
Support organizational culture and promote employee engagement.
Advise managers on performance management and team development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Significant experience in HR management, preferably in NGOs or educational organizations.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
Knowledge of local employment regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
