The Senior Digital Outreach Specialist is responsible for leading the organization’s digital outreach and online presence. The role focuses on developing and executing effective digital strategies that enhance visibility, strengthen engagement and grow online communities across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Outreach Strategy
Design, manage, and optimize the organization’s overall digital presence, including social media, online platforms, and digital campaigns
Define and track objectives related to audience engagement, visibility, and online community growth
Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and visual identity across all digital channels
Digital Campaigns & Content
Plan and implement digital campaigns to support organizational goals
Create or oversee the development of digital content, including visuals for social media, newsletters, and online campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to translate priorities into clear and compelling digital messages
Performance & Optimization
Monitor digital performance and audience engagement
Use data and insights to improve digital strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital outreach, digital strategy, or online campaign management
Experience working in an NGO, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization is an added advantage
Proven experience in digital outreach, digital strategy, or online campaign management
Strong skills in marketing design, with the ability to create or supervise visual content
Proficiency in marketing design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or equivalent
Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital engagement best practices
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
