Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our Marketing Team on a part-time basis. The role focuses on designing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives across digital and print platforms. The designer will collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to translate ideas and strategies into compelling visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce visual content for marketing campaigns, including:

    • Social media graphics.
    • Website and landing page visuals.
    • Marketing presentations and reports.
    • Banners, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and timelines.
  • Adapt and update existing designs based on feedback and performance needs.
  • Prepare final design files for digital use and printing.
  • Manage multiple design tasks efficiently within agreed timelines.
  • Stay updated with design trends and marketing visual standards.

Working Time

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling based on marketing priorities and project deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic designer, preferably within a marketing or communication environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Canva, including:
    • Creating templates aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Adapting designs for social media, presentations, and marketing assets.
    • Collaborating with team members using shared brand kits.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
    • Adobe Photoshop (image editing, retouching, digital assets).
    • Adobe Illustrator (vector graphics, logos, icons, illustrations).
    • Adobe InDesign (layouts for brochures, reports, and print materials).
  • Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to translate marketing concepts into clear, visually compelling designs.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Good communication skills and openness to feedback.

Experience Required

  • Experience with Figma or similar collaborative design tools
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media formats
  • Knowledge of print production and export standards
  • Ability to create simple motion graphics or visual adaptations (optional)
