Education can improve lives in many life, let’s review three of them.
1- Education Reduces Poverty
Education is essential to escape chronic poverty and enables those in formal employment to earn higher wages: One year of education can help increase wages by 10%.
2- Education Improves Health
Education helps women recognize early signs of illness in their children, seek advice and act on It. If all women completed primary education, maternal death would be cut by a sixth.
3- Education Promotes Gender Equality
Educated girls are more likely to know their rights and have the confidence to claim them and are less likely to be married at age 15, reducing the number of child marriages by 75%.
